The person responsible for processing the data "Apollo Vredestein" and as data processor will be given access to the personal data collected by Apollo Vredestein (data controller) to CHEQUE MOTIVA, S.L. as person in charge of the treatments, domiciled at Calle Alcalá, No. 106, Primero, C.P. 28009, Madrid, solely to comply with the services derived from the incentive program, and as manager.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At Apollo Vredestein we process the information you provide us with in order to manage your participation in the http://propartner-xp.apollotyres.com site, proceed with the management of the "Premium Experiences" incentive program, and manage any incidents arising from it."

How long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the authorized purposes.

These data will be stored in our file to manage the reservation and for possible incidents that may arise from it, once concluded they will be deleted.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The owners of the personal data obtained may exercise their personal data protection rights by sending a written communication to the registered office of Apollo Vredestein or to the email address enabled for this purpose protecciondedatos@chequemotiva.com including in both cases a photocopy of their DNI or other equivalent identification document.

Can I withdraw consent?

You have the possibility and the right to withdraw consent for any specific purpose granted at the time, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

If any beneficiary considers that their data is not being processed correctly by Apollo Vredestein, they can direct their complaints to the email protecciondedatos@chequemotiva.com or to the corresponding data protection authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency being the one indicated in Spanish territory.

In order to safeguard the security of your personal data, we inform you that Apollo Vredestein has adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data provided. Confidentiality

Apollo Vredestein informs you that your data is treated with the utmost care by all our staff at any phase of the services provided. Therefore, we do not transfer or communicate your data to any third party, except in the cases legally provided for, or in which the beneficiary expressly authorizes us. In order to preserve and guarantee confidentiality, Apollo Vredestein undertakes to destroy all confidential information to which it has had access due to the provision of services once 90 days have elapsed since the end of the service to the Client, unless there is a legal obligation for its conservation.
